Spearheaded by Father-and-Son Founders, Smartplace LLC has a well-documented history of improving workplace efficiency and promoting cost-savings for businesses throughout the country. From supporting FedEx, Wells Fargo, UPS, Coca Cola and other fortune 500 companies to the smaller, local businesses, our President has plenty of experience in working with organizations of all types and sizes. Coupled with our Director of Operation’s entrepreneurial and innovative drive, the duo formed the shared vision of a Smarter Place For Business.

Clay Rackcliff

As President, Clay Rackcliff manages Smartplace with a laser-sharp focus to improve businesses operations and increase workplace productivity. He has a decorated and well-documented 35-year background in this industry, beginning with the co-founding of Bay Copy and Data in the 1980’s, working with Savin Corporation, serving as founder and President of Online Data for 11 years, then joining Ricoh America’s as a Printer Business Manager for Global Accounts for over 18 years. Merging all he has learned, he founded Smartplace with the belief that every business should have a trusted solutions company for their hardware and software operations that will put the needs of each business above company profits.

Tyler Rackcliff

Tyler Rackcliff leads Smartplace as Director of Operations and Lead Marketing Coordinator. He graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and has extensive experience in Management, Marketing, Advertising, Market Research, B2B Sales, and Account Management. Tyler believes that every business should have the opportunity to increase efficiency in their workplaces by improving workflow, increasing worker productivity, and containing costs where possible.
